| A. It normally takes about 10 working days to issue a Windsor VIPCard, plus 2-3 days for delivery if you request to receive your Windsor VIPCard via mail. |

| A. Points are earned based on money spent at our outlets (remember to produce your card!). For every 50,000VND spent, you will earn 100 VIP points. |

| A. When your point total reaches 10,000, you can contact us at the information listed above to request a voucher worth 100,000VND to be used at any of our outlets, or to be redeemed for prizes. |
