1. Points can be earned only at participating outlets. Please contact the VIP Card office for a current and full list of participating outlets.
2. Every VND50.000 spent will earn 100 points.
3. When your point total reaches 10.000 points, we will issue a voucher valued at VND100.000, which may be used at any participating outlet.
4. The Company reserves the right to increase the number of points or withhold the rewarding of points per amount spent at any time.

1. For any Member's discount or other benefit to apply, the Membership account must be active and the card must be presented at the time of purchase. Members will NOT be reimbursed retroactively for purchases made without a Member discount at the time of purchase.
2. Member's everyday discount is only valid on eligible purchases. The Member's everyday discount is not available on the purchase of any of the following items:
   • Gift certificates
   • Other items designated as ineligible by the Company
3. Member discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, special offers, discounts, or coupons, and certain holidays or periods, unless specifically authorized.
4. Member discounts and/or benefits only apply for the cardholder’s booked table(s), which must be paid on one bill. No split payments allowed.
5. Memberships are not transferable.
6. The Membership card has no cash value and cannot be converted into cash.
7. If you lose your Membership card, please visit a participating outlet to apply for a replacement. We may charge a fee for a replacement card.
8. We expect Members to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their Memberships. Such information includes name, address, email address, and telephone number. Members can change their account information by:
   • completing an Update Member Profile form at a participating outlet,
   • contacting the VIPCard office,
   • emailing us at info@windsorvipcard.com, or
   • visiting our website at www.windsorvipcard.com.

   We cannot assume any liability for correspondence, either mail or email, that is lost, delayed, or misdirected.

1. The initial term of a Membership shall commence on the date the application is submitted.
2. The Membership period continues indefinitely until cancellation or termination of the membership (Article 5).

1. You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. You can do so by sending a signed letter to the VIPCard office.
2. We may terminate any or all of the benefits available under this Member Program at any time with or without notice.

AN DONG INVESTMENT CORPORATION, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY "MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS") EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT
(i) THE MEMBER PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
(ii) THE MEMBER PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR
(iii) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU FROM YOUR USE OF THE MEMBER PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:
(i) THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE MEMBER PROGRAM OR ANY BENEFITS THEREOF;
(ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED VIA THE USE OF THE MEMBER PROGRAM;
(iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR MEMBER PROGRAM DATA; OR
(iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE MEMBER PROGRAM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
